The eleventh generation Civic is the first in the model’s history to be offered with a turbocharged engine. The 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine produces 174 horsepower and 162 lb-ft of torque. The 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine produces 205 horsepower and 195 lb-ft of torque. Both engines are paired with a six-speed manual transmission or a continuously variable automatic transmission. The sedan and coupe models have a fuel economy rating of 31 mpg in the city and 41 mpg on the highway, while the hatchback model has a fuel economy rating of 30 mpg in the city and 39 mpg on the highway.
